Sustainable merch in 2026: what actually matters

Sustainable merch in 2026: what actually matters

Sustainable merchandise stopped being a nice-to-have. In 2026 procurement teams ask about materials, certifications and printing methods before they ask about price.

Materials first

We default to GOTS-certified organic cotton and OEKO-TEX finished fabrics. On average 80% of our production runs use recycled or organic materials. Where possible we swap conventional cotton for regenerative sources.

Low-impact printing

The Kornit Atlas DTG line uses NeoPigment inks (OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT) and water-based fixation. For volume, water-based screen printing keeps hand-feel soft and avoids PVC.

Packaging

Recycled polybags, kraft mailers, and paper hangtags with soy inks. We can print a compostable-only run on request.
