The challenge
A European technology company needed 600 welcome kits for new employees across 12 offices. Each kit contained five different items and required a personalised hangtag showing the recipient's name and start date, making accuracy essential at every stage.

Planning and communication
We managed sourcing, decoration, personalisation and delivery as one coordinated project. Recipient information and office allocations were organised before packing so the client had a clear process for approvals and each location received the correct kits.

Production and quality
Hoodies, notebooks, bottles, socks and stickers were produced using embroidery and screen printing where appropriate. Every set was checked against its personalised hangtag, then individually packed to protect the items and simplify distribution on arrival.

Delivery and result
The finished kits were separated and delivered to 12 European offices on time, with zero reported delivery errors. The programme received a 96% satisfaction score from new joiners.
